Football Registration

May 6, 8, 10 at Middle River MS 6-8 pm

June 13, 18, 25 at Victory Villa Comm Bldg 6-8 pm

June 22 at Victory Villa Comm Bldg 2-4 pm

Football Registration fee is $100 In addition, each player will be required to purchase 2 football jerseys from the MR Football Program as part of their uniform. The cost of the jersey will be determined.

Cheerleading Registration

May 10 at Middle River MS, 6-8 pm

June 13, 18, 25 at Victory Villa Comm Bldg 6-, 8 pm

June 22 at Victory Villa Comm Bldg, 2-4 pm

Cheerleading Registration fee is $150. Registration includes shoes, tee shirt, shorts,hair bow & end of season party. New cheerleaders will need to purchase additional items.

Bring original birth certificate for age verification and a copy of child’s birth certificate to be kept on file. Parent must be present and show their drivers license at registration. Registration is on a first come, first paid basis. First football practice and late registration will be on August 1, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Middle River Middle School. NO RELEASE is needed. NO CHEERLEADER may cheer for MR if she is listed on a high school, all star, or travel team. NO REFUNDS!
